Staging 4 wide - equal numbers of north and south on each line for call ups.
Staging is based on Regional Overall Points.
Staging Name Call Ups will alternate North and South. Team Awards: Top 3 Teams, D1 & D2.
SERIES OVERALL AWARDS
Both North and South Region Series Overall will be awarded. See NICA Rulebook (pages 26-28). Rules relevant to Series Overall:
RULE 8.9. AWARDS FOR OVERALL SERIES
Individual overall series medals are awarded 10% of field size (rounded up) plus two places deep. (for example, a field that has 100 students will have top 12 overall awarded, a field size of 50 will have top 7 awarded)
Team overall series trophies are awarded a minimum of three places deep in each division.
RULE 8.1. OVERALL INDIVIDUAL SERIES SCORING Overall Series scoring for individuals is based on the best 4 of 5 in a five-race series or the best 3 of 4 in a four-race series. In other words, the lowest score is dropped. A missed race would be the lowest score dropped. In the case of a race cancellation in a five-race series, the lowest score is still dropped (best 3 of 4). If there are fewer than four races in the series, no score will be dropped.
RULE 8.4. POINT BONUS FOR COMPLETING ALL RACES
